The cheerleading squad did a great job this past weekend at their first competition of the season. The varsity and junior varsity, along with East Guards worked hard during 6th and 7th period to prepare their routine. After one of their East Guards, senior Chase Lewis, was put out with a hand injury, the cheerleaders questioned their standing in the number, but it proved not to be a problem when the cheerleaders took 1st place. Now they are just working hard for their next competition.
