The boys’ varsity basketball team was announced on Thursday, Nov. 1, at what they called “Eastside Madness.” The team showed off their skills with some drills and a dunk contest.
This event was an exciting event to start off their season, as well as a wonderful fundraiser for all the basketball teams.
The boys were joined by the girls’ teams, as well as performances from the Golden Girl officers, step team, cheerleaders, and drum line.
Their season starts out with a scrimmage against Jesuit on Monday, Nov. 5 at Plano East. On Nov. 12, the team has their first game against Coppell at Plano East.
