I'm Ayesha Farid, I'm a senior, and this is my first year on the Newspaper staff; I'm very excited to be here. When I'm not writing the latest newspaper story, you can probably find me reading the newest fantasy novel or enjoying one of my favorite parts of the day, lunch. I also participate in orchestra as a viola player and compose my own music or do covers of my favorite songs. As an avid fan of reading, I enjoy writing stories and hope to eventually become a book publisher in the near future. I plan on going to college after graduating, and although my potential college list is long, I am planning on UT Austin as of now.
