Aisha Ali, Editor-In-Chief
Aisha Ali is a senior and the Editor-in-Chief of Panther Prints. Aisha is involved in Academic Decathalon, NHS and the We Teach For East Program. When she’s not busy side-questing with her not-so-secret partner in crime, Kristhel Soto Castro, you can find her having an existential crisis about what she wants to do after graduation. Aisha thought that she knew what she wanted to major in, but with college applications fast and approaching, she’s reconsidering. She loves to hang out with friends, host parties, play badminton and spend time with her cats. Aisha looks forward to another year of writing (and apparently editing) in the school newspaper. After last year’s shocking realization that the majority of students attending Plano East have no idea that the school newspaper exists and a full year of being confused with Yearbook, Aisha has officially made it her mission to promote the newspaper. Her primary goal for the 2025-2026 school year as Editor-in-Chief is to help the staff grow as writers, promote the Newspaper program, and write the best newspaper ever!
