Panther Prints

Elena Hamlin is a junior and a reporter on the Panther Prints staff. Writing has always been a passion of hers. She won awards for her pieces in the past, but she has never written or reported for a news organization and is very excited to do so. As a reporter, Elena is eager to meet new faces and tell their stories, as well as learn more about the ins and outs of journalism.

After high school, she plans on majoring in either journalism or psychology at UNT, her current school of choice, and working for their local radio station. Her hope is to be able to continue learning journalism and broadcast no matter where she goes in the future and she is extremely proud to say that she is currently a part of it. Elena Hamlin is honored to be a member of such an accepting and encouraging staff this school year.
